Freddy Pineda, a seasoned staffing executive with over seven years experience in the industry, founded his company in February of 2016. Freddy's career began at Robert Half International (RHI), a large international staffing and recruiting firm, where he was a Staffing Manager for OfficeTeam and Accountemps for three years.  There he learned how to master administrative and accounting/finance staffing.  He later moved to SNI Companies, a mid-size staffing and recruitment firm, where he learned how to manage a staffing firm.  Freddy was promoted to the Managing Director of the Arlington Branch, where he integrated his skills and relationships to rebuild the branch that had been lacking growth for many years. 

Kelly Sponseller - Recruiting Coordinator

Kelly Sponseller has been working in the Administrative field for over 10 years, and in the staffing and recruiting industry for over three years.  Kelly had the pleasure of working with Freddy at SNI Companies as his Administrator/Recruiting Coordinator.  She was highly involved in their daily operations and made sure the office and staff ran smoothly.  During her time working with Freddy Pineda, she quickly learned to always make their clients and contractors first priority.

Since then Kelly has grown to become an effective Recruiter, working diligently to make sure every candidate has an equal chance to find the right position for them.  Kelly's enthusiasm, tenacity, attention to detail, and work ethic has made her a critical part of the Optimum Solutions' team.  She works so that each opportunity presented to our job seekers and contractors is exactly what they're looking for making it a "no brainer" decision for everyone. Her recruiting skills, mixed with Freddy's clients relationships, and resources Optimum Solutions' uses to vet our contractors and job seekers make Kelly and Optimum Solutions an effective combination.

Freddy Pineda - Founder & CEO

Upon leaving SNI Companies in the beginning of 2016, Freddy continued his entrepreneurial efforts by founding OptSol LLC (dba Optimum Solutions), a specialty staffing firm focused on temporary and full-time placement in the fields of administration, accounting, information technology, sales, and high-end office clerical.  He originally started the company under Applied Memetics (AM) LLC with his angel investor Dan Gabriel, CEO of AM LLC, before creating Optimum Solutions in the summer of 2016.  Optimum Solutions separated from AM LLC and has been operating 100% independently since November, 2016.  Optimum Solutions generated about half a million in annual revenue in its first year and is working towards $3 million within it's first 3 years of operations.
