Freddy is a wonderful staffing agent, I moved up here from Texas and didn't know where to start. A family member knew him and got me in contact with his company at the time, our first conversation was about what "I" wanted and what I was looking for in a job opportunity. Out of the three staffing agencies I have been to for help Freddy's company is the most reliable and the efficient when it comes to finding you a job that suits your needs and wants. With the current job market changing by the day and the increasing population of highly qualified candidates relocating to the Northern Virginia/DC/Maryland area, finding a job is truly becoming extraordinary difficult. After going online and researching several temp agencies on top of putting my resume on employment search networks (Indeed, CareerBuilder) I was very lucky to find Optimum Solutions. Within the very first week of filling out the online application and taking the placement tests, Freddy set up an interview with me and was able to find me a position working for a great non-profit the following week. The pay was great and so was the location since dealing with traffic around this area can sometimes be a job within itself. Even before my contract ended, the team at Opt Sol had already set up some interviews for me and remarkably set me up with another contract position that was at a higher pay rate. Whether its temporary or contract to hire position you seek, the professional and amazing customer/client relations that I found at this company are just some of the benefits that I find renovating when it comes to job placement.
